THUS provides Demon Business/Premier Broadband Services with a Standards of Service. For the benefit of clarity, this Standards of Service is applicable to all Demon Business & Demon Premier Broadband Services.

Customers are entitled to make a claim for one Service Credit per month and must make that claim within 7 days from when the fault was closed. Please refer to the Standards of Service documentation before proceeding with your claim.
